When Will My Order Arrive?
We process and ship all orders within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, your package will typically arrive within 7–15 business days, depending on your location.
As soon as your order is dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track the status anytime through our [Order Tracking Page].
Can I Cancel My Order?
Once your order has been processed or shipped, we’re unable to cancel it. However, if the package hasn’t left our facility yet, you can reach out to us quickly at support@femilean.com, and we’ll do our best to stop the shipment and issue a full refund.
If the order has already shipped, you can still return it once it arrives. Just contact our support team to begin the return process, and we’ll guide you step-by-step.
Lost or Missing Packages
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Femilean is not responsible for items lost due to an incorrect address being entered. If the error was on our side, we will make things right and ship a replacement at no extra cost.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
We want you to love your order. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as expected, please contact us right away. Just send us a message through our Contact Page or email our team — we’ll resolve it fast and fairly.
